PRIMM - Poster Video Record Session

Service Description

Dear PRIMM Poster Designer As you know this year's PRIMM Conference is a little different – and therefore so is the poster competition. In the week running up to the conference we will be sharing all of the posters entered into the competition via Twitter and we are giving you the opportunity to create a 2 minute explanatory video of your poster which we can share alongside it. Sessions are 10 mins long and are available to record your video from 6:30pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and 12pm to 4pm Saturday (9th Jan only). These recordings must be completed by January 12th 2021. To get involved: 1. Book a 15 slot here. 2. Videos will be recorded via Zoom and we will send you the Zoom link the day before your video recording slot 3. Feel free to prepare a few slides if that helps you 4. On the day and time of your video recording slot follow the Zoom link in the email we sent you 5. Please choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed to log on to Zoom 6. We will be there to talk you through the process and then hand over to you to present your poster 7. At the start of your video please state your name, role, organisation and the title of your poster 8. Please remember that you only have 2 minutes – we will be quite strict about this ! 9. We will then format your video 10. Finally we will share your video and poster via Twitter in the lead up to the PRIMM conference We are really looking forward to seeing your posters and learning all about them
